New Building Supervision & Project Management:
We have complete set of new building Supervision teams for new building and major conversion projects. Our new building teams is comprising of team leader, Hull, Machinery, Paint and electrical Supervisor who have long time experience in new building in various Shipyards in China and Korea. Most of our Supervisors has experience in new building of Petroleum tankers including VLCC and Chemical Tankers, Bulk carriers up to Cape Size, Large Cellular Container vessels, AHTS Tug boat, Jack up rig, Self Elevating unit. Our Supervisor are keeping in up to
date knowledge on IMO-SOLAS & MARPOL Regulation, USCG & AMSA Requirement, SIRE /OCIMF Requirement and IACS-Class Requirement with regarding to new regulation. We can provide one stop project management services from design review and design approval to complete completion of new building project including shop test, sea trial and up to delivery of the vessel.
Dry Docking & Major Repair Supervision:
Our qualified Technical, Hull and Electrical Superintendents are often providing dry docking, Major repair to the ship owners for the complete dry docking and major repair project. Our Qualified Engineers are capable in preparing the dry docking specification in co-ordination with
the vessel and by inspection the vessel. We have dry docking experience in various dry docks and repair yards in the world like in Europe( Portugal, Spain, Poland), South America (Panama, Curacao, Auroba, Trinaido), Arabian Gulf (Dubai, Bahrain), Singapore
Superintendence:
We are often request by the Owners, Manager to act as Technical Superintendent of the Vessel. Our qualified Surveyor who worked as Chief Engineer, Technical Superintendent, Technical Managers are fully capable to work as short term technical Superintendent where owners need us to attend the vessel on emergency in following cases:
A. Collision damages.
B. Machinery Damage.
C. Damage repairs.
D. Pollution.
E. Day to day operation.
Handing over / Taking Over:
Our Qualified Surveyors are capable to take over and Hading over of the vessel on behalf of the buyers, sellers in line with Sell and Purchases MOA including TOC (Transfer of Class) and fulfill complete documentations.
Condition Assessment:
Our qualified Surveyors are capable to carry out overall condition assessment, Pre-vetting inspection of the vessel on behalf of the Owners. Our Condition assessment reports provide an overall condition identifying the critical necessity and cost involved to upgrade the vessel.
Inspection and Audits:
Our Surveyors are capable to carry out Internal ISM, ISPS and MLC audits on behalf of Owners and / or Managers in line with Owners SMS (Safety Management System) in compliance with ISM, ISPS codes and MLC Requirement.
Thirty Party Claim & Liability:
We are capable to carry out investigation and assessment of a circumstances or occurrence to advice owners in case of third party claim and liability.
Coating Failure & Re-coating Supervision:
Our Qualified Coating Specialists are capable to investigate the coating failure incident and advice owners the possible and root causes. We are further capable to supervise the complete re-coating scheme for cargo tanks and ballast tanks.
Trouble Shooting & Performance Analysis:
Our Knowledgeable Engineers can carry out Machinery trouble shooting for poor performance and advice corrective and preventive action. By reviewing on board condition monitoring records and on board log entry we can suggest owners if any improvement or corrective measure is required.
